I was presented with a binder with many profiles of potential donors.
This is what i remember about the profile - the donor was caucasian, and had light brown or brown hair, medium height and type O blood (I am type A as is my daughter). He was described as not involved with playing sports but enjoyed coaching. I believe he had a university education. I have no records of a donor number nor the name of the company where he purchased the sperm. The office is long closed as the doctor I saw died in 2007 and i suspect retired well before that. HIs name was Dr Fred Eisen and his office was in Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Where are his patient charts? Where do I start looking?
