Patients – Time Sensitive Please be advised that, pursuant to order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, all cryopreserved tissue (embryos, sperm, and eggs) previously stored at the Trumbull, CT location of CT Fertility, P.C. (CT Fertility) has been moved to Cryogam Colorado, LLC (Cryogam), an independent cryo storage facility, and will be stored at this facility for a two year period ending October 31, 2022, at which time all tissue will be discarded unless other arrangements have already been made by the patient. A copy of the Bankruptcy Court order is provided below. Patients are directed to contact Cryogram directly in order to arrange for long term storage or other disposition of cryopreserved tissue that has been transferred to the Cryogam facility.
